Hello Kitty

Hello Kitty adalah salah satu karakter fiktif berupa kucing yang popularitasnya telah merambah ke seluruh penjuru dunia. Hello Kitty berasal dari Jepang dan hak patennya dipegang oleh perusahaan bernama Sanrio. Hello Kitty pertama kali dimunculkan pada tahun 1975 di sebuah surat kabar nasional. Beberapa sumber menyatakan bahwa karakter kucing ini pada mulanya ditujukan untuk mengalahkan popularitas karakter anjing, yakni Snoopy, yang telah terlebih dahulu populer di Jepang. Tujuan terebut nampaknya berhasil, karena saat ini Hello Kitty tak hanya populer tetapi juga telah dianggap sebagai subkultur yang melengkapi daya pikat Negara Jepang.

Popularitas karakter Hello Kitty membuat segala macam hal yang berbau kucing manis ini laris di pasaran. Secara umum, benda-benda tersebut terkait dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Barang berbau Hello Kitty yang pertama diproduksi berupa Puchi Purse atau dompet berukuran kecil. Sukses di pasaran, Sanrio kemudian memproduksi benda lain mulai dari aksesoris wanita, perlengkapan makan, perlengkapan belajar, kebutuhan traveling, sepeda, aksesoris mobil, bantal, boneka hello kitty dan masih banyak lagi lainnya. Meskipun banyak benda yang diproduksi dan memakai karakter Hello Kitty, namun pemegang lisensinya tidak mengijinkan Hello Kitty digunakan untuk dua benda yakni rokok dan sake
Penggemar Hello Kittytersebar di seluruh dunia. Pemasaran benda-benda yang terkait kucing berpita ini telah merambah pasar global. Di Jepang sendiri, kolektor sejati Hello Kitty disebut Kitty-ra. Mereka biasanya berburu benda-benda dengan harga terjangkau sampai benda dengan harga memukau. Selain diproduksi massal, ada beberapa benda Hello Kitty yang memang eksklusif dan diproduksi secara terbatas. Benda tersebut antara lain robot Hello Kitty, perhiasan serta patung Hello Kitty yang terbuat dari berlian murni, mobil Mitsubishi yang diberi nama Princess Kitty dan masih banyak benda lainnya.

Tugas TIK - Handphone

      Telepon genggam atau Handphone adalah sebuah perangkat telekomunikasi elektronik yang mempunyai kemampuan dasar yang sama dengan telepon fixed line sehingga konvesional namun dapat dibawa keman-mana ( portable ) dan tidak perlu disambungkan dengan jaringan telepon menggunakan kabel ( nirkabel, wireless ).
       Generasi pertama system selular Analog yaitu AMPS ( Advance Mobile Phone Service ). Versi dari AMPS dikenal sebagai Narrowband Advance Mobile Phone Service ( NAMPS ) yang menggabungkan teknologi digital, sehingga system ini dapat digunakan untuk membawa tiga kali lebih besar kapasitas pada setiap panggilan versinya. Pada tahun 1981 muncul NMT ( Nordic Mobile Telephone System ). Pada tahun 1982 muncullah GSM ( Global System For Mobile Communination ).
       Pada tahun 1990 jaringan Amerika Utara bergabung membentuk standarisasi IS-54B dimana standarisasi ini adalah yang pertama kali menggunakan dual mode seluler berdasarkan teknik penyebaran spectrum untuk meningkatkan kapasitas yang disebut IS-95. Dengan menggunakan protocol AMPS sebagai defaultnya, akan tetapi mempunyai cara kerja SEC. Normal yang berbeda dengan analaog selular serta lebih canggih dibanding IS-54.
        Pada awalnya disebutkan bahwa yang menggunakan teknologi sistem Code Division Multiple Access ( CDMA ) secara digital akan meningkatkan kapasitas hingga 10 sampai 20 kali pada sistem selularnya. Meskipun konsep tersebut mengedankan hal inilah yang menjadikan sistem berdasarkan CDMA menjadi metode transmisi pilihan pada pemasangan-pemasangan baru di atas sistem CDMA. Indonesia mempunyai dua jaringan telepon nirkabel yaitu GSM dan CDMA tetapi sekarang ada era generasi baru Handphone yaitu era generasi ke-3 ( 3G ). Dimana generasi ini telah merambah
ke layanan internet secara wireless.
